Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use or share information when you, or one of your children, becomes one of my students, or when you use my accompaniment services. This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties I do not own or control, including examination boards and other music organisations, or any third party services you access through these organisations. Please refer to their privacy policies in such cases.
Information I hold
In order to remain in contact with pupils and their parents, you must provide me with information such as your name, email and postal address, telephone number(s) and in the case of students under the age of 18 taking examinations, your date of birth. You may also wish to keep me informed of any other information that is necessary in order to enable me to teach effectively, such as constraints of homework and school/work activities.

Why I need your information and how I use it
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share information, including:

DATA RETENTION
I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in this privacy policy. Your addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and dates of birth where applicable are not kept as part of my teaching records when that relationship ends, but any accounting details will be kept as necessary for legal/tax reasons.
